To Register your team ($100 per player)

Info Required: Both player’s complete names, handicaps,

ages, cell numbers, and desired available tee time.

All teams have the privilege of paying day of event.

We can accept Checks, Venmo  or Cash for $100

If using a credit card the total per player is $105

That being said any team that is registered and

is a NO SHOW day of event you will have to PRE-PAY

Team Entry for any future events FOREVER!!!

Per season only one Slavic Entry can be awarded to a player.
